Donte Parks is VP of Culture at digital product studio Substantia. He is dedicated to creating an environment that supports and inspires his team, and to ensuring that Substantial is an active member of its various communities. Outside of the office, Donte is mostly - retired music writer, former columnist for The Stranger, and general music nerd. He's on the board of directors for the Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce, helping to shapre the neighborhood where he lives and works for the better. He loves West Side Story, his boxing gym, and his dog Jefferson.
